This is an aproximate timeline, I tried to complete it trough the e-mails I still have, I don't know why I couldn't find all of them...

10/08/2013 - I-130 Approved- NOA2

11/18/2013 - Received Case Number & IIN by E-Mail


11/18/2013- AOS fee bil generated & paid


11/19/2013- DS-261 generated & filled


11/24/2013 - IV Packet fee bill generated & paid


12/04/2013 - DS-260 filled & submitted online


12/07/2013 - AOS and IV Packet sent together


01/31/2014 - Received AOS Checklist


02/26/2014 - Received AOS Checklist (this time they asked me to take it to the interview)


02/26/2014 - Together with the cheklist they wrote that they had finished reviewing my case, so this is my CASE COMPLETE DATE.


03/04/2014 - CASE COMPLETE E-MAIL


04/01/2014 - Interview Letter received


05/08/2014 - Interview date (received the green slip 221g form)


06/09/2014 - Submitted documents required in form 221g


06/10/2014 - CEAC status changed to "Ready"


06/13/2014 - Received e-mail saying I have to wait until Priority Date becomes current again for visa to be issued.


05/19/2015 - Interview date


05/22/2015 - Passport arrived


05/31/2015 - Arrived at the USA

I did wait almost 2 years for my visa available to be able to send I-485.

AOS

I-485 and I-765 were sent on 05/29/2015

USCIS Received Date June 02, 2015 

A check of $1070 was cashed by USCIS Chicago on 06/08/2015

Biometrics Appointment on July 1st, 2015

EAD is approved on August 10th 2015 (73 days)

Received EAD card on August 19th 2015

Sent renew EAD on April 9th 2016

Got interview notice on March 30th 2016

USCIS received on April 11th 2016

Interview Scheduled on May 3rd 2016

Approved on the spot - Handed print out approval notice.

Received 10 years GC in hand on May 7th 2016

I think there is 1-Aug-2013 and 23-July-2013

So looks like and hopefully will be 1-Aug-2013

You have an early September P.D am hoping you get IL by May Bulletin, May is likely your month, am hoping it moves beyond six weeks, so that late September fliers can be current as well. We are almost getting to the finish line. Good luck to us all. VB would be out by Monday, fingers crossed.

None in Visa journey, Visa bulletin would be out soon at least we are sure it would move upto 01 Aug, 2013. Who knows maybe it might be more there are other factors that determines interview dates interview dates availability at different consulates. 6 weeks movement is not bad any ways. Slowly but surely.

It's mean April visa bulletin cut off date should be August 3rd ?any predictions of May visa bulletin ?

I think cut off day should be 1, 8, 15, or 22 of any month.

Probably 1-Aug-2013

But if you know some one got IL on 2-Aug-2013 so it might be 8-Aug-2013

Let us know if you know some one got IL after 1-Aug-2013

Yah I read allready with PD 1st August had interview in same topic .

That mean for India it moved about 9 or10 week which is great hopefully May and June will move a lot too :)
