Hi everyone! My fiance just received our form I-979c, NOA. my question is it really normal that it only acknowleged his payment but no instructions indicated on what to do next. What should we expect? Btw, he only got to send the forms in I-129F and forgot to include the proofs of our relationship and letter of intent to marry.:( help regarding this please. Thank you!:)

They will send a RFE. The NOA1 is a receipt. It usually take longer to get the RFE. You are at CSC so you may get yours real soon. Keep your eyes peeled!

Thanks for your responses. :) i hope we dont get a rejected application. :)

As long as you respond in a timely manner to the RFE (request for evidence) and provide the documents USCIS is looking for you should not be denied. An RFE is just a 'hang on you missed something', it is not a denial. Unless the proof you end up providing does not convince the officer that the relationship is legitimate it's only a minor setback time-wise.

While waiting for the RFE, WE are now gathering the needed doca and evidences. So when we receive it, we can send it to USCIS right away.:) we'll just wait for the letter to come.:) thank you @megan.:)
