hi i am about to pay our visa fee k1 , i checked our status on the nvc website it says in transit after paying should i wait for the status to be ready or i can schedule my interview online? thank you for your time answering my post

No reason to wait for the status to change unless you are trying to schedule your interview for the next week or so, but for 4-5 weeks out get it scheduled and then beat feet to get everything else done.

hi hank i have another problem about this scheduling thing, on the first attempt to schedule i put my son's name on it, then i have to cancel, so do i only have one chance to cancel? and now i cannot schedule my son on a different email address and put him on k2 because it says his details was on my acct., how many times am i allowed to cancel and schedule and how do i schedule my son , thank you so much

You don't schedule your son on a different email. You schedule yourself, then once you did that it will ask if you want to schedule another, this is when you schedule your son the K-2. And yes if you completed a scheduling and cancelled it already you have burned that one.

You don't schedule your son on a different email. You schedule yourself, then once you did that it will ask if you want to schedule another, this is when you schedule your son the K-2. And yes if you completed a scheduling and cancelled it already you have burned that one

so i already cancelled once, how many cancellations are allowed

YOU CAN ONLY SCHEDULE TWICE WITHOUT PENALTY!!!!

You will get a warning if you go to cancel your second appointment that you will have to pay a new visa fee. Plus there will be a 90 waiting period before being allowed to schedule a 3rd interview.

YOU CAN ONLY SCHEDULE TWICE WITHOUT PENALTY!!!!

You will get a warning if you go to cancel your second appointment that you will have to pay a new visa fee. Plus there will be a 90 waiting period before being allowed to schedule a 3rd interview.

sorry if i ask too much, so what do you think is the best option that i can do for my son since i cannot reschedule mine, and i forgot to put him on the second schedule i got, i was trying to schedule him with a new email but it says his details are on my email acct and request that if that was not him he should scan the passport
