Anyone from September still not received their EAD?

Yup, we've been waiting *that* long. The only thing is, we had an RFE over initial evidence, and the response is dated November 19th. We are at 84 days from that date already. What is taking the USCIS so long? Some people have received their EADS in 6 weeks or 2 months.

It seems that they have forgotten about us. I am thinking of contacting a state senator on the issue. Even most the people from late November around the date of our RFE response have already received their EADs and are on their merry way to getting jobs.

Hey there;

i have sent my package on 08/29/2014 and USCIS sent me the card on 10/20, it took 2 months, i think they took a lilbit longer on your case so better call them to know what's going on.

Good luck
