I'm having a hard time filling up Form I-131

Hi VJ'ers,

I'm preparing my forms for my AOS and I'm filing it with I-765 and I-131. On Form I-131, do I need to fill up Part 3-6 even I don't have any plans yet leaving the US??? Also on Part 7, #1 How many trips do you intend to use this document? What should I select - is it just one trip or more than one trip??

That part is not vital, we simply wrote in the blank space - in case of an emergency. But I don't think i really matters if anything is there.

For Part 3 you only need to fill out the bottom of page 2. You can write UNKNOWN for Date of Intended Departure and Expected Length of Trip (you may need to handwrite it in).

Notice at the bottom of page 2 it says:

If you are applying for a non-DACA related Advance Parole Document, skip to part 7;

This means you will not fill out the rest of Part 3, and you will also not fill out Parts 4-6.

On Part 7, you can check More than one trip.

No need for explanation. All you need for part 7 is check the box "more than one trip". This is how we did it.
