My Conditional Resident Status is expiring on the January 2007. I know that we need to file a joint petition but when should I file? Plus, I notified Immigration about my change of address but I never got any confirmation. IS there one?!

its expiring in january? its already february. i believe you had to file BEFORE THAT. you're most likely OUT OF STATUS (illegal) right now. i think you need to come up with a good reason now why you didnt file in time.

OP's timeline shows her AOS was approved on Jan 23, 2006. As such, her conditional GC will expire in Jan 2008. She will need to file removal of conditions 90 days before her GC expires.

There is no notice of receipt for change of address if you mail it in. Apparently now you can file it online and the online filing does generate a notice of receipt, but if you mailed one in don't worry that you didn't get a receipt because you weren't supposed to (we didn't).
