i went yesterday they told me its the background clearance did't clear yet

They cancel interviews from time to time for various reasons. If your background check hasn't cleared then it's one of two things:

- There's something in your background that's auspicious

- You have a common name or a name that's simillar to someone suspicious

- Most often: yiur application has been temporarily overlooked

The important thing is to not forget about your application, give them a month and then make an InfoPass appointment and check again. Your application will still be in the normal processing time, so they may not give you much of an answer, but it's good to check. When it has been 120 days from the date you completed your biometrics, then your application will be overdue for an interview. At this time, I would make another Infopass or call USCIS but also be ready to contact your representatives for help.

Hopefully you'll hear from them before any of that. On average, this seems to happen to one or two of the filers on Visa Journey every couple of months.
