That is ok.i also got a new nbi since the one i submitted to NVC is June 2014. But they never bother to ask about it. I had my interview today ?

That's among the ones you want.

The ones you don't want are "No Criminal Record" or "No Pending Case". (Check your original post from last week at what Greenbaum posted)

If you look at the example one I posted, I said I was happy at "No Derogatory Record"

Thanks so how did your interview go

It went good ?. I was inside the usem at 6:15 and i was out at 9:15. I brought a lot of docs (e.i pictures...a lot of pics.lol,chat logs, my husband paystubs,receipts,etc) but they never bother to ask about it. All they got from me is the one that they emailed, which is my husband's W2 and updated AOS. And thats it?

That is what you want it to say for the Philippines. No derogatory record indicates no past history. No criminal record or no current record would be a problem InIndicating issues in the past. Your good.

From the embassy instructions letter:

6. NBI CLEARANCE. Applicants aged 16 years and older must have a valid Record Clearance for Travel Abroad Purposes from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Clearances should be in the applicant’s current name, birth certificate name, maiden name and any aliases or nicknames used, including different spellings you have used of those names. An official letter of explanation from the NBI is required for any notation of “No criminal record” or "No pending case”. For immigration purposes, an NBI clearance is valid for one (1) year from the date it was issued. The NBI web site is http://www.nbi.gov.ph.

Where did she list the "AKA NAME"? In her original NBI or somewhere else (forms, etc)?

"No Derogatory Record" is good. So there shouldn't be any problem.
