Some quick background, our I-130/CR1 case was approved for an Embassy expedite and shipped electronically as well as DHL. I tracked the DHL Package and it was received yesterday at 10am.

Family member on hospice care and only given 2 days to 2 weeks (that was a week ago)...

Anyone know how long it takes the Embassy to match everything up and call/email us?

Cases arrive at the consulate section which is across the street from the embassy I V section in the high rise building. The transfer takes about 3 days in a normal situation. I don't know timing for expedite cases transfer.

My husband succeeded in contacting the consulate duty officer for a different situation but you could try that. Its possible to call, walk in or email that section. They will usually not get involved in the I V sections affairs but this is an expedite so they should.

I think the I V section will email or call.
