Mntrl Pckt 3 checklist

I've read ahead anticipating the next steps after we send out the I-129f.

I have only seen the packet 3 checklist for UK and Vancouver. They both require certified copies of marriage and divorce certificates. Are these for the USC sponsor or for the Foreign Benificiary? And does anyone have a copy of the checklist for Montreal/Toronto?

My US fiance is the only one that has been married and divorced and I have never been married. We just need to know if we need to get the certified copies while we are in LA or not to bother if they are required for me.

I don't know if they are required for the USC, but I would get them anyway.

I am the Canadian - Montreal does not need marriage certs for K1's - only the final divorce orders. I don't remember if they are needed for the USC too. However, as suggested, get them anyway - the divorce orders will be needed for the AOS stage from both of you (if I am not very much mistaken).

Get certified copies of marriage and divorce certs. That goes for the USC as well as the foreign national. They ask to see the divorce for sure at the K visa interview and may keep a photocopy.

If you don't already have these, arrange now to have them sent since it can take a while to get them. You'll also need to include photocopies if you apply for AOS.
