I am confused again my approved I-129 was sent to NVC on January 30,2015. I was wondering is there anymore fees. I paid the full amount for K-1 when I sent the petition in. I think it was 340.00 USD. The reason I ask is because when I went onto the State Department Site they were talking about fees and some other paper work that will be needed such I-134 I have been getting all of that together Taxes, Bank Statements, and Assests plus I-134 form. I was going to fly back to Thailand on the 24th of Febuary and stay with my fiancee and baby until we all can come back to US after visa is granted. If I do go there is it going to impact my case or is it ok to go there and I can DHL the forms they want or is it best I stay in US until it is sent to Thailand Embassy? Now the baby is all set she has US Passport and can come at anytime so any thoughts would welcome please let me know ASAP because I want to purchase ticket before hand so I can find a deal better than paying day before at very high prices. Thanks and Goodluck to everyone on this journey what a road!

James.

You paid for the petition. There is still an actual Visa fee coming very soon. Not to mention fees associated with AOS after your fiancee files for that after coming to America.

Visa fee = $265. Source http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/fees/fees-visa-services.html
