Oct/22/2004 CSC recieved I129F

Nov/01/2004 NOA1

Jan/10/2005 NOA2 APPROVED Online

Jan/19/2005 NOA2 received by the mail

Jan/28/2005 Case arrived embassy in Bangkok

Feb/02/2005 Picked up Packet 3 and got interview date

Feb/18/2005 INTERVIEW DAY!!!!! (120 days)

Feb/22/2005 VISA VISA VISA

Feb/27/2005 Pond's Graduation day!!

Apr/18/2005 No More Good Byes Pond! Fly to Thailand

Apr/27/2005 Pond and Alex in HAWAII. Paradise at last!

Feb 28/2011 - sent paperwork

Mar 3/11 - received text & email notification - they have it!

Mar 15/11 - text, email, and notice sent - biometrics booked

April 12/11 - biometrics done - I start studying

May - get the letter

June 27 - Interview and oath ceremony - same day

Lifting Conditions

Feb 5/08 - Sent paperwork by USPS - priority

Feb 14/08 - NOA issued

Feb 28/08 - Biometrics letter received for The Bronx Office - have to reschedule

Mar 22/08 - Biometrics rescheduled - LOVE the Saturday appointment!

Feb ?/09 - done!

Must be something in the air at the moment as I was approved a few days ago too and I am checking the mail box like crazy for my green card

12th October 2004: I-129F submitted Nebraska

25th October 2004: NOA1 (120-180 days for processing)

21st January 2005: NOA2

10th February 2005: Packet 3 from London and Honey arrives from WI!

21st February 2005: Packet 3 returned

18th April 2005: Packet 4 arrives interview on 3rd May!

25th April 2005: Medical in Birmingham

27th April 2005: Results from Medical - All clear!!!

3rd May 2005: Interview London - APPROVED!

4th May 2005 - Passport back with visa

6th May 2005 House sale exchanged, flights booked, notice given at work!! (WOW what a DAY!!!!)

3rd June 2005 Fly to WI - I love you honey xx

18th June 2005 - Got married - words can't describe what an amazing day this was...

20th July 2005 - Finally filed AOS and EAD paperwork

27th July 2005 NOA recieved for AOS and EAD

30th September 2005 EAD touched

1st October 2005 EAD touched

24th October INFOPASS appointment - Found out EAD was approved on 30th September, just have to wait for damn Biometrics letter still and hopefully then EAD will be on its way!

3rd November 2005 - EAD Biometrics appointment letter

3rd November 2005 - AOS transferred to california

4th November 2005 - AOS touched

7th November 2005 - AOS touched

23rd November 2005 - AOS Biometrics appoinment

4th January 2006 - Biometrics AOS

21st - 25th January 2006 - Lots of touches, and online status disappears for EAD!!

28th January 2006 - 'WELCOME TO AMERICA' Woohooo I got my letter!!!!!

met my husband November 2001 while I was at college in Wiesbaden, Germany

decided to live together and never be separated again

01-11-/2005 K-1 visa NOA

02-04-2005 K-1 Interview inivitation

04-05-2005 K-1 Visa Interview in Frankfurt

04-11-2005 K-1 arrives per mail!

06-16-2005 finally arrived in America!

07-27-2005 got married on a HOT summer day in Houston, Texas

08-31-2005 NOA's both for EAD and AOS arrive in mail stated as of 26th of August

11-08-2005 Biometrics Appointment for AOS in the mail

EAD biometrics??-----never arrived

11-18-2005 Biometrics for both AOS and EAD successful!!

11-25-2005 EAD arrived in the mail after 3 months!! YUPPEEEE......Oh my GOD...that was a really stressful time. Immigration made my nerves go real bad!

11-28-2005 applied for SSN at Houston local office

12-04-2005 SSN arrives in the mail!

12-11-2005 AOS Interview for 30, January, 2006 arrives in the mail...Unbelievable...

...looking for a job.....
