we were able to pay the first payment jan 2015 on line but no others so we sent a money order (one) they received

on jan 26 mail got to them...in letter we sent ... we got back on where we paid on line and it shows the I-864 pad but not the DS-260 that we paid also...

it says to pay it... the applicates application... so we hit on pay now... ...it seems to say all paid but nothing showing the DS-260 is paid but it says fees are 0...

seems odd to show one paid but not the other we send in one check.......... now how do we get to the DS-260 so we can send in all our documents...and get

moving on this thing..... one of the border men say it will take a month to show it ???????is is that so? . what do we do now so we can fill out DS 260...and

start getting this on the road again..

ok now, went to mail box , today after I wrote the above this is really odd to me ........but just want to get thru this so we can send in our files we have ready..........this is what is said... (hopeful) i can just send this in but to help others on our error) we reviewed the documents which you submitted in support of application (i sent showing my receipt for aos paid and explained that nothing will work to pay it on line)in according to the requirement of Department of State, you the petitioner or your joint sponsor if any must now pay an affidavit of support (I -864)processing fee in advance of the advance of immigrant visa application we have noted that the fee has ((( not yet been paid.))).. please send the enclosed fee bill(s)along with cashier check or ect .. to depart of state for the appropriate total I to nvc in St. Louise (exactly where i sent them) and then if we dont consistent... then this other letter with it both dated February 4 2014 .. then the next letter says...affidavit of support fee invoice...$ 120 .. go and pay in mail if you cant online... so ...it is affidavit support fee invoice .......... then dated the same day we have receive the payment which you submitted in support of application for immigrant visa however you are not required to send fee untill you recieve the fee bill and we are returning the fee to you ..... anyway to make it shorter they sent me back my check i sent in to them........ instead of just applying to my acct.............. and i have only one fee slip not two ,, so now how do i do all this i have one check wrote to them to send just the 120.. now they say to and to change a money takes months ............ anyway...............aggravating tiring to understand this system .... how you are to do it..right...........

because my money order (they wont let you mail personal check) is for both the aos and ds260 they are saying wait till you receive your instruction package to send forms and fees.. I not into this mood of re doing my money order (ive had to do things with that before - not fun and time consuming it two months ) so do you think i can just keep the one form they sent for Aos and wait for the next and send them with this money order i sent ........... the step orginally say pay all fees and so i have doing that part ....... (i think they need more specifically you have to receive this letter from them before you get more money ..........

one more thing sorry but this is complaicating me............... this is something i just notice after i paid the dm 261 When the AOS fee payment status is PAID:
1. The petitioner must complete and submit an Affidavit of Support (Form I-864).
To submit your application, go to http://nvc.state.govand click on Step 4:
Collect financial documents.
2. Read the introductory paragraph. Then click on > Complete an Affidavit of
Support form. From the chart, select the form that fits your situation. You will
need to click the GO button to access the form and instructions.
3. To complete your Immigrant Visa Application, you must submit copies of all
supporting documents. Go to http://nvc.state.govand click on Step 6: Submit
documents to the NVC. You will find instructions if you are required to email
your documents, as well as the processing and mailing information.
4. If you are required to submit physical copies of your documents, you must
include a barcoded cover sheet to identify your documents.
l If you received an Instruction Packet from the NVC, it contains a cover i dont want to send it on line ,, things are not sending properly so ,,, i want to send the paper in when it is time ,. from what i have read on here we send them both together and the way the usics says the steps is pay fees... then gather and send the paper works.....so thats what im doing first or was i suppose to send in this 864 package......... they didnt say anything that of the letter today....... it confusing what they expect..
