Im filling out a from 1-129f for my alien husband. there is a question 15.a that says: have you ever filed for the or any other alien fiance or husband/ wife before? My question is, I already have a pending i-130 for a green card, and this k-3 is attached to it. So do I say yes and put in info for i-130 or do I say no?

Your question is a little confusing. Can you clarify who you filed the pending I-130 for? Did you file for any visa previously for another fiancee or husband, NOT currently your husband?

its not confusing... the K3 was filed after the I-130. K3 is for married people too. The K3 will most likely slow the process down and get closed once it hits the NVC, but it is free to file and can only be filed after the I-130 is filed, as you need the receipt notice from the I-130 to include in the K3 package.

no, I filed a i130 for my husband and now I am trying to file the i129 for the k3. it asked have you ever filed for this person before or another fiance or spouse?

look up the K3 here on VJ. There are K3 guidelines that will answer all your questions

There is not currently a green card application. There is currently a pending I-130 petition.

K3 is also a spousal visa. The difference may save you some time at the NVC, but if the K3 goes through, the beneficiary has to adjust their status after arriving in the USA. The K3 is roughly twice the price and half the visa, so to speak.
