ok so finally a paid my IV fees for my wife but they didn't send me an invoice for my 2 years old daughter is only one fee for both? i was almost sure they have to pay separate processing fees please help ...

I called NVC, to all of you out there " if you have more than one" beneficiary please make sure they review their DS 261 individually because if you don't ask them to do it they wont do it and you will only get invoice for the principal beneficiary.

When did you call to get the first one reviewed? I'm trying to see when I should expect the IV bill.

When did you call to get the first one reviewed? I'm trying to see when I should expect the IV bill.

Friday for my wife and it show last night available, last night around 6 for my daughter and It just show up maybe in the last hour

I want to wish everyone the best in this new month!!

A brief update of my case: I talked to NVC rep yesterday, and they have scanned my AOS/IV package yesterday 8/31/15. As of now, I have done everything that I could do....it is all in the hands of NVC to review my doc's and hope for a CC. I am Praying that we don't get a checklist and for us to get CC by the end of the month....but based on others timelines it seems it is taking 2 months for CC, for those who have our spouses in Mexico, and another 2 months for an interview...... sigh....

Please keep us posted on any updates on your visa journey, as it helps all of us. May God keep blessing us in this journey. (F)

02/03/15 - I-130 Sent

02/09/15 - NOA1 :clock:

Just a little update: our IV fee is showing "PAID" now :D Next step for us is to submit the DS-260, since we are still waiting for my hubby's tax transcripts to arrive, so we can send the packages. Hope this month is going to be a good one for all of us!

How long before everyone decided to call to review the DS-261?

Multiple times every day, until less than 4 days later I was able to have it reviewed. :goofy:

Btw, my husband called NVC regarding the 'full time employee' as job title. The rep said it's not a big deal for them and we don't need to send any revision. Hopefully she was sober when she said that. :content:

Lol. My husband and I were totally sober when he did that and I checked it. :P She also said I should wait till Sept 19 for a CC. Hopefully faster, without checklist :)

We are still waiting on our petition approval. We got transferred to CSC from VSC. Just got the transfer letter in the mail on Saturday. I tried to do an inquiry, but have to wait an additional 5 - 6 months before I can do that at least online. Not quite sure if my case has physcially arrived at CSC yet.

Glad to see that everyone is moving quite quickly through the NVC process. God Bless!
