Correction "DS-261" He said that it wasn't available. So im guessing by Monday it maybe available for us to pay the fee.

That's exactly how it was for me. It will be available on Monday morning.

Yes, I think it will be available for you on Monday.

It's really annoying when you fill out form or pay fee on Friday and then you have to wait for Monday to finish the next step. lol :hehe:

Hi all,

On Friday we finally managed to unlock my daughter's case. It took us many attempts, in the end, we had to speak to a Supervisor to do it.

I hope you all are having a great weekend. Apparently, the NVC is taking around 20 days from documents scan date to approve it. Has anyone sent their documents around three weeks ago?

I'm so eager for us to be done with NVC. I really hope some of us will get CC this week (L)

Hey! We got our DS-261 reviewed on the phone on Thursday and we were invoice for IV fee on Saturday. Please keep in mind though the time difference (+7 hrs here) so that would have been Friday evening in the US. But i'm pretty sure your IV fee will be available for payment tomorrow, if not on Tuesday the absolut latest.

My husband called NVC and they said they received my docs. I also sent inquiry to NVC a week after case approval and they just replied on August 20 saying that they have received my docs on Aug 19. That was how I knew.

NVC business day is Monday - Friday, so you will probably get your IV invoiced on Monday or Tuesday.

How long will it take for NVC to send the AOS invoice?

Im confessed a little! My husband did the DS-261 and paid the AOS. The next step is to create the AOS package? (Correct). Can you/anyone tell me what documents are required for the AOS package please? (for Those that are using a joint sponsor)

How long does it take to receive the nvc welcome by the way?

Mine took FOREVER. I got it the day I mailed it the packets to NVC. Which was a month and two days after I got the approval from USCIS.

ok so finally a paid my IV fees for my wife but they didn't send me an invoice for my 2 years old daughter is only one fee for both? i was almost sure they have to pay separate processing fees please help ...
