yesterday 8/27 send AOS & IV PACKAGE, send it overnight and usps Traking number shows delivery at 11:30 am, how long before they update it to the file?

its been 8 days since i paid AOS BILL and submit ds 261and i haven't seen any change on my file other than it shows "paid"

any suggestion? other than keep on waiting .....

Has NVC reviewed your DS-261? If not then call them and ask to review your DS-261. Then after that is done, they will invoice your IV fee.

Hey Feb filers! Just a little update, just got off the phone with Nvc spoke to a very nice lady who gave me my case number and Inn. Im so excited forgot what's next?

Yay, congratulations! Login and check if your AOS fee is already available or not. If yes, pay it right away then fill out DS-261/ choice of agent.

I am so eager to call NVC to know if they scanned my Docs to the system, since I know they received them yesterday. But, I want to keep away and let a few days pass and just wait for the email from them to state the information. Gotta be patient!!!!! haha.

Yes!! The wait is brutal!! lol. I am trying to keep myself busy with other things.!! Just got my Zumba License yesterday!! :dance:

Hurry up and do it before Erika show up and steal the electricity. Dominica seems to have been hit hard. It's been so long that I forgot what a hurricane feels like. Are you guys ready for it?

Thanks for the heads up. We're prepared thanks for asking! Ok im going to let my husband rest for the remainder of this weekend and then have him get that stuff done online gods willing Monday/Tuesday.

Just a little update.....My husband finally complete the DS-260, hopefully this week (Monday/Tuesday) AOS will be available to be paid!

@BHSMama you mean the DS-261? Choice of agent? We were able to pay AOS right after we finished with the DS-261. Did your husband have a look if it's available or not?

Correction "DS-261" He said that it wasn't available. So im guessing by Monday it maybe available for us to pay the fee.
