I finally submitted DS-260! Thank you Jesus!

Now I can finally rest for a bit and wait for NVC to review my case. Pray it will be less than 30 days and no check list. :)

OMG how exciting!! I am so happy for you!! I won't feel relieved until I send out my docs!! I called NVC if I could send out the old version of the I864EZ but instead told me to submit the new one, since it can cause a problem later. So, now I am redoing that form. Ugh...I don't know why but I find it more confusing! Anyways, praying your get your case complete soon! I have seen timelines where people get there case complete in 2 weeks after they submit everything! Good Luck! :)

Oh ok! I will do that, I decided to do labels and save some writing, I'll just stick them on the right top corner. I wish I would have done a label on the photos too, my writing looks a little messy on them..oh well, as long as it is readable. hehe. Thanks for the reply! I will be sending them out tomorrow! :D

Praise the lord I was approved!!! P.D Feb 27th. To God be the Glory am so glad. About few days ago, I read someone say he/she called USCIS and asked to speak to an immigration officer so I told my hubby about it. So he decided to call them yesterday, he initially spoke to the USCIS customer service representative who told us they are processing Jan 13th files in TSC and said we should be patient as usual but insisted he wanted to speak to an immigration officer. She asked for all our informations and said we should give them 45days to make a decision. When he told me 45days, I busted into tears for hours. I didn't understand why I should wait another 45days when we were about to clock 6months next week. This morning my husband was just talking to me on the phone and decided check our status online, he couldn't believe the approval notice was yesterday 20th of Aug. and he had to re check the receipt number again if it was correct. Behold it was our approval we haven't gotten any email or text msg. To those waiting for their approval ur testimony will come like it did for us. Be strong, patient they will get to ur case.

Are you sure i need to provide proof of income, i.e. bank statements or employment letter? I didn't see that in instructions for 864ez..?

I am using the second one but for the IV cover letter I just put ATTN: CMR. I wasn't sure where the ATTN: DR address came from.

Hi, I noticed you guys are both talking about sending packages to NVC, I am pretty much doing what kamw is doing. But I have a question to you both, did you guys or are you guys putting the NVC case # on every page being sent out to NVC? I read on the wiki that the case # should be written on the pages in case they get lost or something like that...what are you guys doing??

I was wondering if I should. I mean it makes sense but I have a good amount of paperwork i'd have to do it to. Oh well better to waste time doing it than getting a checklist.

I sent one envelope put everything together aos/documents..with aos bar coded sheet and created also one in word. Only sent last 4 pay stubs...hope don't get a checklist...it does show current and year to date...

Well, it is official, I just put the docs in the UPS box, hoping to be delivered today and received by Thursday, since one day shipping was way to expensive for me.

10/09/15 - Received Interview Letter with Instructions (P4) via Mail

11/20/15 - Medical Appt.

11/23/15 - Biometrics Appt.

11/24/15 - Interview in Ciudad Juarez, MX - APPROVED!! :D
