I noticed you included two cover sheets... i have only the Document Cover Sheet after paying AOS fee... should I use this twice? Or is there a different cover sheet to use for civil documents?

I haven't sent mine in yet but i've been stalking VJ trying to get tips to speed things up. Based on what someone who got a CC recently said include it twice.

I'm sending my packets tomorrow. I have two cover letters and 2 AOS scan pages and then the specific items as they are written on the cover letter. I'm going to paper clip them into two separate stacks and send them in one envelope.

I have two different kind of cover sheets.

1) I created from a template i found on here. (very similar to this one http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/DS-230_Cover_Letter)

2) The barcoded sheet I got from the ceac site after I paid the AOS fee.

Are you sure i need to provide proof of income, i.e. bank statements or employment letter? I didn't see that in instructions for 864ez..?

Yes, just write your case # on the right top. I did it to all my docs. Don't forget to write the beneficiary's name, d.o.b, and case # on the back of passport photos.

Oh ok! I will do that, I decided to do labels and save some writing, I'll just stick them on the right top corner. I wish I would have done a label on the photos too, my writing looks a little messy on them..oh well, as long as it is readable. hehe. Thanks for the reply! I will be sending them out tomorrow!

I finally submitted DS-260! Thank you Jesus!

Now I can finally rest for a bit and wait for NVC to review my case. Pray it will be less than 30 days and no check list.

I think it's way better if you include employment letter and pay stubs. My husband did it. I know it's not necessary but why not, just to be safe.

Well my husband's is for every other week. He sent pay stubs start from one week before he filed that he is married. Then after that it shows something like you have filed your marriage status ...... (I don't remember the rest). Better save trees or save your petition? You can continue saving trees after this

Ah okay.. I'm still filed as single since I married this year. When I called tonight, NVC said i should provide either an employment letter or most recent pay stub to show employment, both are not necessary. Also, they said that they only want 2014 tax transcript, but I'll send 3 anyway. So I'll be adding last week's pay stub to my documents.

Furthermore, they also don't need 2 passport photos, since the beneficiary can just bring that to interview. Again, I'll submit it since they will fwd to consulate.
