Praise the lord I was approved!!! P.D Feb 27th. To God be the Glory am so glad. About few days ago, I read someone say he/she called USCIS and asked to speak to an immigration officer so I told my hubby about it. So he decided to call them yesterday, he initially spoke to the USCIS customer service representative who told us they are processing Jan 13th files in TSC and said we should be patient as usual but insisted he wanted to speak to an immigration officer. She asked for all our informations and said we should give them 45days to make a decision. When he told me 45days, I busted into tears for hours. I didn't understand why I should wait another 45days when we were about to clock 6months next week. This morning my husband was just talking to me on the phone and decided check our status online, he couldn't believe the approval notice was yesterday 20th of Aug. and he had to re check the receipt number again if it was correct. Behold it was our approval we haven't gotten any email or text msg. To those waiting for their approval ur testimony will come like it did for us. Be strong, patient they will get to ur case.

Hi fellow Indonesian filers! Maybe we will get same interview date later haha. Btw, how come you were able to pay AOS and IV at the same time? That is awesome.

So I checked my bank account today, and my IV and AOS Fees have been taken from my account!!! wooooo! I have never been so happy to see money pulled away from my account! hahah!

I am currently in the process to get all the documents ready to be sent out to NVC, my husband is currently trying to get the Police Certificate, the last piece of the puzzle. I am hoping I will get the package in the mail (latest) by the end of next week.

I pray that we all go through this NVC process as quickly and smoothly as possible!

Congratulations!! so happy for you! That same thing happened to me, I called a Friday asking about my case, why it hasn't been approved, and had quite a discussion with customer service, and on Monday, I checked the status as Approved! Now try focusing on the next stage, go to http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/approved.htmlthis website tells you all you need to know after your case has been approved. It is a great help! I recommendation, (if you haven't yet) try to gather all the documentation needed for the NVC (AOS and IV) package. Again, that website gives you a list of items you need.

Hmm yeah i am not exactly sure, but for a while i was having issues loging into the system even though i had my case number and invoice number since wednesday. I did call NVC about it on wednesday to let them know i had problems loging in. Yes that would be very cool! haha. The Jakarta Embassy is not as congested as alot of others from what i've seen anytime i have to go there so we may all get bunched up at the same date!

I think you can send out AOS & IV package now, with the bar code you got from NVC for AOS bill (email). My husband just happened to get welcome letter in the mail, the same day he was about to send out our docs. So we included cover letter from NVC in our package.

Haha, I know, I've never been so happy to see my account go down. hahaha.

Oh, I had an attorney for my case, and when you have an attorney, they become your agent, so the DS-261 automatically is filled out, and both fees are available to pay. So I was able to pay both at the same time. Not to mention, I still have to re do my DS-261 since, I no longer have the attorney as my agent, I decided to cut ties with her, and do the journey myself. But I talked to NVC and they said it could take up to a month for the change to be done, but to continue to do the process, since it was a matter of changing the data to my name and address.

I haven't updated my timeline, since I was more excited to post here. haha. Will do that now! And don't worry, your money will leave your bank account soon! haha!

Maybe the delay due to technical difficulties is the reason why your fees came together. They had time to process and invoice without interruption

Also i hear that having a lawyer means your IV fee is invoiced sooner!
