Thats great about the case number! So he didnt get any confirmation upon AOS payment? Just wondering because we should be paying ours today too.

Thanks! Yea we didn't receive any notification or anything. The status is still not paid. We will wait for probably 2 days to see. Hubby doesn't want to submit the payment twice since he is scared he will get charged again.

Hello everyone. I found out my case was sent to NVC on August 3rd. My NOA2 was July 23rd. My question is: how long will my case take to get to NVC... When should I start calling to check if they have it?

Hi!

My case was sent to the NVC on July 28... they received it on August 3 - so it was only 4 working days. However, I called today and they still do not have my case number. I really wish I could start paying the fees :-(

I believe they'll probably get your case tomorrow. Try calling on Monday!

My case was sent to the NVC on July 28... they received it on August 3 - so it was only 4 working days. However, I called today and they still do not have my case number. I really wish I could start paying the fees :-(

I believe they'll probably get your case tomorrow. Try calling on Monday!

Hi Everyone,

Just got off the phone from NVC (took 23 min of wait time) and was told that my Case was received by them on August 3rd! :D My case was sent from USCIS to NVC on July 28th.

Now, I just have to be patient and give them some time before I call them again to get my case number along with the IIN. This is just some information so you guys have an idea of the times.

We are almost there guys!. May God Bless Us All!

10/09/14 - Marriage (L)

02/03/15 - I-130 Sent

02/09/15 - NOA1 :clock:

07/20/15 - NOA2 :dancing:

07/28/15 - USCIS sent case to NVC

08/03/15 - NVC received case

08/14/15 - NVC assigned Case # and IIN #

08/20/15- Paid AOS and IV Fees

08/22/15 - Submitted DS-260

08/31/15 - Scan Date (NVC Rep Confirmed by phone) :clock:

10/01/15 - Called NVC, and got Interview Scheduled!! :dancing::dance::dancing:

10/06/15 - Received Interview Letter with Instructions (P4) via Email

10/09/15 - Received Interview Letter with Instructions (P4) via Mail

11/20/15 - Medical Appt.

11/23/15 - Biometrics Appt.

11/24/15 - Interview in Ciudad Juarez, MX - APPROVED!! :D

@Gul2015 My husband tried to pay the AOS bill again and he finally got the receipt. Have you paid it?

For those whose documents have been received by NVC, you can wait for a week from the receive date and then start calling them twice a week. Yay for moving forward! :)

Amen! Thank you for the prays and I'll continue to do the same. My husband sent it off on the 23 of July. And they started working on the case again on the 28 of July. So fingers cross well get some good news.
