my wife send our form out on 17th ,we check the tracking proceedure and we found out it arrive there on 19th but uptil now,there is no reply or email for acceptance,please advice is needed

Hi Everybody,

Im so happy. My husband (USC) and I have finally filed for my daughter on February 19th. Glad I found this group. This is my 2nd time at the UCIS Ball so I should be used to the wait, but Im already dying to see some movement. I cant wait to see my text or email and Im already freaking out cause the tracking says it was sent to Chase Bank Towers or something in Arizona. Looking forward to sharing this journey with all of you! Have a Great Day!!!

Thanks to visa Journey and my husband's support..I made it through. The wait was pure torture, I was on here stalking peoples time lines and groups to see what to expect. (now seeing this process I realise thats a short time :(), the process was relatively smooth. We adjusted in 4months and that includes an rfe. The rfe was for my medical. The physician didnt sign the copy. Each day brings us 1 step closer. Try not to stress.

The worry I have is that I was married previously in 2012 but it was an abusive marriage. I had to get out. With the evidence I gave the court they made a decision in my favor. I attached the divorce order which says that. I'm hoping that that won't have any negative impact on the i130. I am the beneficiary so a lot more is at stake. I'm so freaking angry to know that after so much suffering and abuse in that F....king marriage it could come back haunt me. Life isn't fair!

Hello February files...... Good luck to every one sent off their package to uscis and congratulations to those that got updates on their cases. My husband and i sent our package off on the 24 February, 2015 and it was received by uscis by fedex on the 24th February, 2015. My husband and i haven't receive a text/email yet! Hopefully we could get some updates this week.

Hello everyone,

We sent our package on 17th and it was delivered on 20th. However we used Chicago lockbox physical addres although package was sent by USPS( i think we were suppose to send it to P.O.Box). Hope it shouldn't be a problem. Wishing all the luck for everyone to receive news fast

I wanted to give back to the community that helped my wife and I be together in June 2014, so I created an app called 'VisaProcess'.

It is a task based app that takes you through the steps of the visa process, along with the option to read or leave tips for every step. Finally it generates a timeline of how long it would take your case to complete based on historical data of similar dates.

It is available on both Android and iPhone.

Right now it is in English, but is being translated to Spanish, and then eventually French.

02/05/14 - Received AOS Invoice Email and Completed DS-261

02/06/14 - AOS Payment became available. Paid it.

02/13/14 - IV Payment became available. Paid it and sent in AOS and IV packages

02/14/14 - AOS and IV packages arrived at NVC (viewed tracking info)

02/21/14 - Packages were attached to my case

03/13/14 - Received, answered, and sent back checklist (missing I-864 information)

04/02/14 - Received, answered, and sent back 2nd checklist (OUCH - was told conflicting info by NVC reps regarding Total vs Adjusted Gross Income)

04/18/14 - NVC approved application!!

05/02/14 - Interview date set for June 5

EMBASSY

06/05/14 - Interview... Approved!! Paid Domex for delivery of Visas

Congratulation @Gitana. My husband sent our page off on the 2/20 and it was received on 2/24 to Chicago also. We haven't gotten any update/good news yet. You give us hope that well be hearing so good news soon.

02 / 18 / 2015 -- I-130 paperwork handed to FedEx

02 / 25 / 2015 -- Received at Chicago LockBox

Was getting worried, hadn't been any tracking updates for days from fedex. tied up in red tape getting out of Venezuela. Soon as it left the country, it was delivered to Chicago 14 hrs later!

Hoping for NOA1 soon! And of course, the all important... what office does it get forwarded to for processing........ :)
