You need a co sponsor if your income is not at or above 125% for the Federal poverty guideline.

If she's not making 125% above poverty line, then you need a co-sponsor. This should be sent with the AOS/IV package. Not including a joint sponsor will only result in a check list from NVC, where they will ask for this information, and this will only delay your process. Good luck!

I just wanted to let everyone know that my case was approved on 7/23. Seems that they are working on the cases from February, even though the website says that they are working on cases from December, 2014. Hopefully, all of you who are still waiting will get approved very soon.

Please are there TSC filers here? Just between yesterday and today, Igor's list improved d processing time for TSC from 8th feb to 12th feb yet I have not seen much people reporting their approvals from TSC.Are feb filers from TSC actually getting approvals?

Hello everyone! My first post here.. I wanted to inform everyone that I got approval on my case yesterday from TSC.

Please are there TSC filers here? Just between yesterday and today, Igor's list improved d processing time for TSC from 8th feb to 12th feb yet I have not seen much people reporting their approvals from TSC.Are feb filers from TSC actually getting approvals?

I'm a Texas filer. You should be getting your approval any day now!

My husband called the NVC today - my NOA2 was on July 17. We already received the instructions from regular mail on Thursday. NVC told us they still haven't received our case and we should give it 35 days just for them to receive it.

It sounded like BS to me :ranting: .

We're caling again in two days...

I've heard that even tho it's 35 days, starting a week after your hard copy NOA2 date you should call twice a week so I'm waiting until next week to start calling.

What info do they ask for when you call?

09/27/14 Married :content:

10/06/15 Expedite Request sent to NVC

11/12/15 Contacted Sen. Marco Rubio for assistance with expedite by email

12/11/15 Interview (Approved)

12/14/15 CEAC Status changed to AP

12/15/15 CEAC Status Changed to Issued

12/18/15 Picked up Passport & booked hubby's ticket.

12/31/15 Ring in the New Years together after 4 years!!!! :dancing:
