Happy Monday Feb filers, I pray all the good keep pouring in. Today is a bitter sweet day for me it's my 3rd year anniversary ? and officially 5months today at NSC. Praying that some good news come our way soon.

I have been searching information and I still have doubts about this. So my wife and I are know she doesnt make enough to show it in the AOS. So do we include a joint sponsor or do we wait for NVC to ask? Please need advice

You need a co sponsor if your income is not at or above 125% for the Federal poverty guideline.

If she's not making 125% above poverty line, then you need a co-sponsor. This should be sent with the AOS/IV package. Not including a joint sponsor will only result in a check list from NVC, where they will ask for this information, and this will only delay your process. Good luck!

This is where you will need the joint sponsor evidence, in the correct order, after paying fees, etc.
