I understand you are going through a difficult time, please don't get discouraged. Look at in the bright side, at least you know they have gone over your case. Just carefully read what they need, and provide it to them. I've read here of people going through the same thing as you with the RFE and once they submit what they need, they get approved fairly quickly. Hang in there! :)

Thanks guy's, I really appricate the supports from each and every one of you guy's. I'll keep you'll posted as soon as my husband gets back to Mn.

Here's my theory. Since, they are catching up on cases from last year, this date is just reflective of few of those leftover cases. This date does not indicate that all of us remaining Feb filers will have to wait 3 more months. By my theory, next time a Feb filer is approved, the date might change back to 5 or 6 months. We should continue to have faith that things will work out for us. Rest easy guys and gals.

I don't think calling the center will make you feel better, because they have a procedure to follow which prevents them from giving us actual case details. In my opinion, the best thing to do might be to make an infopass appt if you are losing sleep.

I can only say congratulations. An RFE is a very good sign, once you send it in, you will get approved within a few days. Cheer up. And wait for the mail.
