Just a quick update: i scheduled infopass appt for next Tuesday so that i can submit a service inquiry for NSC.

Good luck with the appointment. Hopefully you will not need it as I believe you will receive your approval before then.

so yesterday I decided that I would not check the uscis site at all, I went the whole day without checking and today I woke up to find the email that we have been approved!! and to make it even better, my husband was right beside me when we got the notice :joy:

I-130 Received- Feb 23
Check Cashed- Feb 26, 2015
NOA1- Feb 27, 2015 :dancing:
Received in mail- March 2, 2015

NOA2- July 15,2015 :dance:(4 months, 6 days)

Case Sent to NVC- July 23, 2015 (8 days)
NVC Received- July, 29, 2015 (6 days)

Received Case and IIN #- August 13,2015 (15 days)

Submitted DS-261- August 13,2015

so yesterday I decided that I would not check the uscis site at all, I went the whole day without checking and today I woke up to find the email that we have been approved!! and to make it even better, my husband was right beside me when we got the notice :joy:

Congrats!!!!!! Maybe I should try the "I'm not going to check his email/site" then maybe I'll wake up to my approval ?. Wishing you all the best!

I continue checking my status and my email, especially every time my phone gives me the ringtone email notification, hoping it is from the USCIS with my approval.... but I guess I just have to continue to be patient and leave it in the hands of God.

I will be traveling tonight to go see my husband, for a two week stay! So excited!! I wished I would have left with the good news of our approval, but I will try to forget about it and just enjoy being with my husband and In-Laws. I am hoping that once I come back, I will have my approval. :)

Have a safe trip. Hang in there by God's grace we will receive our approvals soon. Based on my timeline today is the day I am suppose to receive my approval but so far nothing yet . The day is still early though so I am still trusting and believing in God for the my approval today. I will keep all posted.
