I filed I 130 in February 11 and received NOA1 on February 18th. My case is at the Nebraska Service center. I am hoping to get approval this month. Are the February filers getting their approvals this month? Please update us

You will get it soon, there are a lot of February filers from Nebraska who have received their approval.

Few more days and you will hear something, do tell us when you get any news!!

Absolutely, not worried at all.. Time has been flying since marriage, and in July it's been slowing down due to my anticipation.

Just today God demonstrated his love and protection for me (went off the road and into a field, did not hit anything.) It's been a very testing day and I feel very blessed! So no matter what happens with this, I know that He has a plan and timing with a purpose.

Congratulations on the favour of God over your life, it can only get better from here on!! All the best! God's got it for sure!!!!

So every case is different. Some take longer then others and some take less. A lot of people are getting approved from February now. For me the VJ timeline was pretty accurate.

Other thing, since some countries are considered by them to be higher fraud countries, they tend to do more security checks I believe. Not speaking from experience, just that is what I have read on here.

Hopefully you get your approval soon.

2015-02-04: USCIS Received and transferred to NSC

2015-02-06: NOA1

2015-06-19: NOA2 Email. 133 days between NOA1 and NOA2

2015-06-26: USCIS update that case was sent to NVC

2015-07-02: Case received by NVC

2015-07-14: Case number assigned when calling on 2015-07-20 but couldn't give emails as case was locked still

2015-07-27: Called and was able to give emails

2015-07-27: Submit DS-261

2015-07-27: Pay AOS Fee

2015-08-25: Receive IV bill

2015-08-26: Pay IV Fee

2015-09-05: Submit DS-260

2015-09-07: Sent AOS and IV package via EP

2015-10-11: Resubmit via EP after being told to do so on 2015-10-09 as it looked like our original emails were lost

2015-10-16: Received email for scan date of 2015-10-12. Told that basically nothing can be done and we need to wait 30 days from 2015-10-12 (30+ days lost because they lost our emails)

2015-10-26: Told case is basically complete but that they are building my electronic file. Told there is no timeline for this.

2015-10-30 & 2015-11-13: Still told no update. Building electronic file still and no timeline.

2015-11-17: Case Complete

2015-12-03: Receive packet 4

2015-12-15: Medical

2015-12-18: Medical picked up results

2016-01-12: Interview - Approved!

2016-02-03: POE

I am a February filer. Its 5 1/2 months no 2nd noa yet. I called customer service line they say im still within the processing frame for the Nebraska office. I see other filers in February getting approvals and now ive gone from anxious to frustration. Anyone else in this situation. My first NOA was Feb 2nd

We are in the same boat. I priority date is Feb 11 and as right now we are still waiting for the 2nd NOA. We cannot submit a case inquiry because our case is still within the processing time frame but when I checked Nebraska process time it has 5 months post . So not quite sure which time frame they working on. Yesterday I call customer service and I was told that Nebraska is currently processing December 2014 files. Don't know what to believe any more

True. Praying and waiting is about all we can really do at this point. There is a glimmer of hope as I saw about 15 February filers got their approvals in the last few days. I pray that we will all receive our long awaited approvals soon and hopefully this week by the grace of God

I really dont know how to reply to specific people but thanks all for the prayers and encouragement. The one thing that has come out of this whole process is my strengthened faith and the power of Prayer. Good luck all

Someone with a NOA1 date of 02/17 got approved yesterday I believe..

Yes please fill in your timelines. It's really simple and so much help to those waiting. I saw a lot of approvals last week but when I look at the VJ processing times it doesn't show.

Congrats to all the NOA2 approvals! I like many other Feb filers am still waiting for my NOA2.

My NOA1 is Feb. 27th, so I should be the last from this group to get approval, but one never knows...

I called last week to USCIS and the rep said if I did not get an approval by last week of July then to call back and they will check further. Yes, it is frustrating to wait, but since there are so many of us still waiting for NOA2 approval lets all pray for each other. My wife reminded me their is more power with group intention/prayer. Praying for you all!! NOA2 here we come...
