Hi everyone,

Just letting you guys know we filed in February and they received our case on 2/6. We haven't gotten any more updates but we are hoping to hear back soon.

I was originally a K-1 visa filer from 2 years ago, but out application took so long we said screw it and got married. Now we had to refile so this has been a very long process.

Best of luck to everyone.

@hya_aviles that's a good one filling DS-260. Well I'm still waiting for my IV fee online to be confirm today then may be I can fill my DS-260 tomorrow because my hubby paid the IV fee online on 7/05/2015 on a sunday. But we are still looking for a joint sponsor to help us fill form i-864 since my hubby is not working for now but gets only government pay. All of this process is so stressful
