Hello everyone. I'm finding it difficult to sign into ceac site with my NVC case number to start filling the DS-261 because NVC said they are having Technical problem for now and I should try again later but please has anyone that got their NVC case number this week being able to access the ceac site to fill the DS-261 yet. Thanks and God bless

No update still...I keep trying everyday if I could enter the CEAC yet for the ds-261, but still not and its been 8 days since the date on the letter and 4 days since we got letter from the mail. FYI.

I have sent email to NVC concerning this issue and I'm just waiting to hear from them because its been 9 days now from the date on our NVC letter and 4 days since we got our case number and this is just so bad that we can't sign into CEAC to fill the DS-261 form. I just pray NVC solve this problem fast.

So I'm not at Vermont but I think you will be fine. You need to remember that the date given there is from info people put in the timeline system. If I remember right before that Vermont said there wasn't enough data on here. So now it just seems that their is some data making it seem like that. I looked at the recent approvals from Vermont though and they are all pretty short. I also saw some old unapproved ones, that people have probably stopped updating. So maybe that is what is causing the weird date.

It makes no sense though that we wait so long.I read that USCIS is processing between 2000 and 4000 DACA/DACA applications a day. I wonder how much spousal/fiance they process

Congrats!

There isn't anything to update on the current I-130 petition. The child will either be a US citizen when born or an another I-130 will need to be filed separately once born...it depends on the residency status of the USC parent. These links explains it nicely.

When I try sign in It keep on saying "the case number and Invoice ID number combination number does not match please try again later or contact NVC" also I have sent email to asknvc@state.gov since 3 days ago and I haven't heard from NVC.

Veryone is having problems right now and not just through nvc portals. Even the USCIS case status system is not working for more than 2 weeks now. Lucky for us who just got approved with NOA2 but I think everyone now is halted. Try to read other forums now, even those who are still on the USCIS case status update. Something is up.
