Hi folks! My hubby just got the welcome letter from NVC. Just wanna ask about the online registration DS260 is it necessary that I will be the one to fill up (principal applicant) or my hubby can do it for me? Thanks. God speed!

Hi everyone!

How are you all doing? This week has been absolutely difficult for me, actually, since last week. I miss my husband. Its his birthday month, and I should be with him.

The 21st April is his birthday and I cant even give him a birthday kiss.

This is hard!

I hope all of you are doing better. Take care and I hope you all have a blessed weekend coming up!

@Mablih I understand how you feel because I also miss my husband but not to worry even if you are unable to give your husband this year birthday kisses just remember that both of you have lots of birthdays to celebrate together and also many more holidays, wedding Anniversaries, and Vacations to enjoy and celebrate together. And soon we will all see and live with our love ones

@mbalih Yes, second to finben. Just think about how wonderful things will be later on. I know how you feel, though. I also celebrated my birthday in February without my husband. I miss him so much, his home made chocolate bday cake, his kisses and warm hugs. Keep the faith! We all will be reunited with our loved ones soon.

I thought u were approved already by USCIS. Aren't you at the NVC ? Why do they need pics?

Not yet at the NVC. We received that RFE for my husband's 2 x 2, 52 days after we submitted. They want another set passport photos. I think either the quality didnt pass or the specs of the head size inside the 2x2 didnt pass. But we submitted a new one as soon as he received the RFE letter and it went in. And I think our papers took longer scrutiny because my husband is unemployed and disabled. But we're happy now we're gonna soon move to the next level. At last! Thanks to all your moral support guys!

Hello everyone. I'm so happy now because our i-130 has been approved and my hubby just got mail of i-797 Approval notice starting that our original visa petition has been sent to the Department of State National Visa Center. My hubby hasn't been checking is mailbox and email for a week now because he has been busy but as soon as he did today he saw that the USCIS has sent him both email and Mail and our case has been approved since April 2nd. I'm so grateful to God for this miracle and I really want to thank you all the February Fliers for all the words of encouragement and I pray you all get your good news soon.
