Do we really need to call nvc to get the case number? Aren't they going to send it thru email or mail?

08/06/2015 - Case number assigned, submitted DS-261 and paid AOS bill

08/15/2015 - Received welcome letter

When should I start counting the 2-3 weeks from the day they sent our case to nvc or the day we got our I-797? Our priority date is February 12, 2015.

Wow that was fast mine is February 28 , no approval yet guess nabraska is slow , where was yours sent too before approval? And since its sent to nvc give them till march ending them.start calling.

Hi, everyone I read phillipine beneficiary are expedited irrespective of the service centre. So I guess that is the reason for the speedy approval. Let's us all pray for ours to be approved fast. Congrats to all those that have been approved.
