Hello guys.. Regarding affid of support ir1/ir2.. Do we need separate form for spouse and for my son? If yes,, who is the principal immigrant in the affid of support to my ir2? Same with ir1? Thank you..

How are you. Im not sure about your 1st question but your spouse would be the principal immigrant. Hello Everyone, Im new to the group but its been many months that my husband and me are a member of this site, We have been studying and learning first about the process before we filed I-130, well we with my husband are so happy with this site since we got some answers, and in this group Im glad that we believe in our God that in His hands nothing is impossible, so anyway we mailed I-130 last week of Feb. 2015 but was received by USCIS just this March, so I guess we are part of the group so yay I am not alone, in this Journey and everyone in here in anticipating to be with there loveones, so anyway we received our receipt last March 13, by mail so I guess or please tell us if we are correct is that the NOA 1 already? sometimes we are confused, hope we will be enlighten and would be so happy and delighted by responses ..

Hello everyone.

I'm seriously in need to your advice. My husband has received an i-797 of rejection twice now or should I say 2 times our forms have been returned to my husband starting that we have incorrect fees and this is making my husband and 1 so confuse because my husband included a money order of $420.00 for i-130 in the Envelop containing our forms and documents but our fear now is that we also filed for i-129F along side with the i-130 for spouse, note this was a mistake we made because we got a wrong advice on how to file and we our fear is that may be the USCIS has deducted the fee for the i-129F from the $420.00 money order my husband made for our i-130. I and my husband has been calling the USCIS customer Service for them to clarify us on the remaining balance and how much we have to add to the missing or incorrect fees but when I called the voice mail ask me to type in my Receipt number and when I did its asking me to enter the Alphabetic that is SRC but I tried it but since is Alphabet its not type in and it says I should use the * key but its showing P and W and that is not what starts my Receipt number what starts my Receipt number is SRC. So what do I do now because I and my husband are so worried and my husband is considering both of us relocating to Canada or him coming back to be with me in my country Nigeria. Please we really need your quick advice. Thank you all and may God bless .

Hi, I understand your frustration.Maybe what you do now is just file the I130 on its own and withdraw any other petition you have submitted. The K3 takes just about the same time as the I130, that's my view of things. Don't give up sister.

Hi finben, am Nigeria too, but the i-130 is for my 4 year old son. Well there must be something wrong with the form etc but am sure you'll get help here. Or you can go through the The list of things to fill and summit again , either way someone will answer you soon. Hang in there.

@mbalih thanks so much but how do we withdraw the i-129F petition now because it has been process already and we can see how far it has gone on our case status on USCIS or should we just start all over again to file for another i-130 and pay the $420.00 fee again.
