Hi guys,

I'm curious, for all the people that have done their medical examination, what happens in there, step by step, if possible. I'm seeing a male doctor, and well, I want to know if there will be any surprises.

Hi guys,

I'm curious, for all the people that have done their medical examination, what happens in there, step by step, if possible. I'm seeing a male doctor, and well, I want to know if there will be any surprises.

For me it was easy (I also had a male doc). He asked a bunch of medical questions like if I smoke, past med history, etc. Checked my vac records. Did standard tests like height weight, blood pressure, listen to heartbeat. It was no more than 15 min.

Then went to do X-ray and take bloodwork.

He noted a lot of people don't go prepared so it's really important to get all vac records ready and get missing vacs done before visiting. Unless some can be provided on the spot. I've read some peoples experiance were the doc provided any missing shot. Also bring in like passport photos, etc. Check if your doc has a webpage he may have instructions on what to do before visiting.

Good luck

My interview is this wed. I'm both excited and nervous...

Congrats to everyone who's progressed on their journeys and finally getting outta hiccups. Congrats to the ones who finished :) hope to be one of them soon.

Very happy for the February filers group :)

Approved! Woohoo!

I wrote my experiance in the reviews if anyone's interested. Basically waited, showed original docs and answered questions. Now just the last step waiting for the passport... :)

To all the people on this thread, thank you for your support and encouraging words and sharing your experiences. if it wasn't for everyone here supporting each other I would not know what to do! Especially days waiting and waiting this thread really brought positivity to my whole applying process.
