So my wife spoke to USCIS and they told her that the 5 months waiting time is only for stand alone i-130 and not for spouses currently with each other inside the US. She says i130 filed with i485 still have long wait times and that people who are living together cases aren't necessarily sent to Nebraska, Texas or California; that most of those cases are sent to the NBC. Therefore, overseas spouses waiting are going to be receiving faster approvals. She requested to speak with an officer at the call center. So let's see. Maybe that's a glimmer of hope for us waiting outside

If God takes us to it, He'll bring us through it. He'll never take us where His grace cannot reach and keep us

Yes, from what I know is that 5 months is only the approximate time of adjudication. So the approval can be faster, or slower. I read that one of November filers got sent to Nebraska, but then he got approved in 3 months after NOA1. You never knew. There is still hope, don't worry.

I agree with you. We will be getting approvals before the 5 months is over.

@maniput

You're very welcome. I was trying to remember your name while writing the prayer. I couldn't but I remembered your quote so I ensure to put in the prayer. Yes guys, rather than being anxious let us pray that God open the flood gates of heaven. He says when the praises go up, then the blessings and deliverance will come down. If we want this process to be successful, let us pray and when the thought of "denial or RFE's" come to you, just say "devil you're a liar!" Start packing your bags because there's a visa number there for all of us! If you believe, just say "I claim it in Jesus name!"

I claim it in the MIGHTY, HOLY name of JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD AND SAVIOR!!! AMEN!!!

Has anyone filed their I-129F yet?

We are not filing it. It is now pointless to do because it takes just about the same time as the relatives visa. I feel it's a waste of money ad it's expensive to go both routes. Better just do the one. Good luck.

Hi everyone! I have a question...My husband sent our I-130 to Phoenix, AZ but then when we got our NOA1 receipt, the address shows it came from Nebraska Service Center. Does that mean we got transferred to NSC? Im kinda lost because we didn't get a text or email saying we got transferred like some others did. We have that automatic notification form sent too...any thoughts? I would really appreciate it.

Hi there.

Yes, that means your case is with Nebraska.

Best of luck.
