Any updates Feb filers, it's bin 4 days since my scan date. Still no cc, i called the rep Friday and was told call mid week and ask for a supervisor review. You'll have a bless and provocative week.

Called NVC this morning. My scan date Oct 28. Case was still under review, she sent it for supervisor review, said it take up to 42 days but doesn't think it will take that long and that the DS-260 is also still under review. Apparently they are two separate reviews. DS-260 can take from 30-60 days. She did indicate that they are very backlogged. Hoping to move on to the next phase really soon, although the Jamaican Embassy is backlogged and can take 3-4 months for an interview. This process is sooooo long! Lord give me patience to endure to the end and may the good Lord be with you all too!

Would like to ask if the AOS must be in original when submitting to NVC? Thank you

Copies of the original, bring originals to interview. Check nvc site again just to be sure. I don't think you or they want your original stuff to get lost.

Although we did give originals of our marrige cert (we bought extra copies) and police cert.

Damn lots of people getting delays. Hope they sort whatever it is over there and give us our cc's and interview dates!

That's interesting that they would allow you to bring documents to the interview, all cases are truly different, when we asked re marriage certificate, they said no. And that means we will be waiting another 30 days or so for CC.
