Didn't have a chance to post here yesterday.

Called and the agent I spoke to told me that it seems we now have a case complete and are waiting for an interview to be scheduled.

Originally sent documents by email September 7th. They lost the emails,. Resubmit with scan date of October 12th. Finally official case complete November 20th (not sure exact date as I forgot to ask when I called so going with the 20th...but can't be far off).

Here is to hoping for a quick interview probably in January!

I would have loved sooner, but from what I have seen they have already scheduled all of the December interviews for the consulate where I am going.

Praise God. my wife is here now in the US with me. We Arrived at DFW at about 8:45 Am on 11/18/2015. The line was so long for non US residence travelers. When it was our turn to approach the Boarder Patrol agent. I told him I am a USC and my wife is migrating with me and this is her first time. The agent asked couple questions, how long we have known each other and how much money we had on us. The agent took my wife's finger prints, and took her photo and the the agent told us to follow him so they can process all these papers he said. We waited in the waiting room for almost 3 hours and my wife was finally called to the window. They did not ask her any question they just handed her the passports and said your Green card will arrive in the mail in 6 months. The waiting room was really crowded when we got in. Praise God our 9 month journey needed very successfully.

Hi lbreal1,

Congratulations! Thank you for the POE review. I was thinking of coming through DFW as well because it has many connecting flights with Oklahoma City, but now I'm not so sure because I think my daughter will get too impatient if we have to wait for 3 hours. Maybe I'll come through Houston or Atlanta.

I've read somewhere that your wife can track her greencard delivery with USPS - I'll try to find the link and post it here if I see it again.

Hi brentos,

I'm very glad you're finally done with the NVC. I hope you'll get scheduled soon :)

I hope everybody is having a good weekend.

I honestly can't wait to arrive in the US and begin this new chapter.

Thanks. I am not sure if the waiting room is usually that crowded. It could just be the time we arrived. We arrived really early in the morning and there were not many agents working. There were a lots of vacant booths and also they were processing connecting flight passengers first. Think those factors led to the long wait time for us to get processed. Beside the long wait the overall process was very smooth. We give God the glory.

Congratulations to all you guys and girls who got approvals ! It's nice to hear that finally some of the feb filers visa journey is over so you can start your new journey with your loved ones :). And close to a brand new year no less.

I hope us remainders can get our docs approved and moved along on the timeline. It's been hard just checking the site everyday.

Well I don't know for sure. But from what I have seen they schedule the next months interviews all by around the middle of the month. And I have seen people on here from Canada getting interviews for like December 15-20th a few weeks ago. So just an educated guess.

You should fill out your timeline more for your NVC step, helps everyone out.
