Hey Guys .. Finally I got the interview scheduled :)

I received an email with P4 letter. My interview is 16th December 2015 :)

Case Complete was 09th November and received interview email 13th November (4 days after CC).

Congratulations. I pray for visa approval

07/27/2015 - I-130 approved (I-130 was approved in 126 days from NOA1 date)

08/03/2015 - NVC received
08/19/2015 - Case number assigned
09/04/2015 - Paid AOS fee

09/04/2015 - Paid IV fee
10/05/2015 - Submitted DS - 260

10/06/2015 - Sent IV and AOS package
10/08/2015 - Scan date
11/09/2015 - Case Complete :)

11/13/2015 - Got Interview Email (P4 Letter)

12/16/2015 - Interview (APPROVED) :)

12/23/2015 - Visa in hand

How many more February filers still going through the various stages? I urge all that have received visa approvals to continue praying for our fellow February filers so they too can receive their visa approvals soon and have their spouses home with them for the holidays

Still waiting for CC... :( Extremely depressed phase right now...

Don't get depressed. Trust in the faithfulness of our almighty God. When was your scan date and have you received any checklist from NVC? God will favor you and this week you shall receive good news in the mighty name of Jesus.

Don't get depressed. Trust in the faithfulness of our almighty God. When was your scan date and have you received any checklist from NVC? God will favor you and this week you shall receive good news in the mighty name of Jesus.

1st scan date: Sept 9th.

2nd of Oct: Checklist for "missing" police certificates and my birth certificate, which we sent. I'm 110% sure of that

5th of Oct: put under supervisor review, because I insisted we sent those documents

12th of Oct: re-sent missing documents

14th of Oct: 2nd scan date... And still waiting. No news from the supervisor review either :(

Hey everyone, congratulations on your approvals, I had a scan date of 20 October, how long should I wait before I call them?

Hi ankitpatel! Well, I have a scan date of 14th of October and I still don't have a CC, even though it's past the 30 days limit. I know couple of VJ members that have a scan date of 13th of Oct, and no CC yet.

You can follow my timeline if you want cause I will update it when i'm getting the CC, and then you'll know that your turn might come 6 days after... Or if you want call them maybe on Wednesday and get an update from them. Good luck!

Hi all, so we had our interviews on Thursday 12th November and were approved! :joy:

On ceac, my son and I are now showing as in AP while my daughter still says ready for interview, so I'm assuming this is just a normal part of the process. Keep positive everyone, it won't last forever!

Its not necessary to call until after the 30 days they request to review the documents.

I would give it 37 days before calling.. That's what I will do anyway, my scan date was the 23rd October 2015.
