We called NVC last night and they still say they don't have our emails from September 7th. This women that I spoke to basically told me I can wait a few days but it looks like they never got them. She put me on hold and said she spoke to someone else about it (she implied it was a supervisor) and they could see nothing in the system. She basically said there was nothing she could do. They we wait a bit longer and give it time. We could send the emails again or she even said "maybe you should mail them, as in your country you have the choice". I asked her about if we sent them what happens and she said we wait 30 days. I told her but we have waited 30 days, every time we called they said it was fine and just to wait. Now we have lost 30 days. It looks like

So we are really lost what to do. We don't know if we should wait a bit, resend by email, send by mail. If we resend what will happen. Especially if they all of a sudden start working on them.

I posted this in another thread but just wanted to share with my friends here in February thread.

If anyone is going to send by email...I can't say I recommend it if you have the choice. They seem to have no way to even tell if they got it. And working in Information Technology (I actually manage large email systems and support systems etc.) that is just crazy to me.

How do i access aos form and lodge? My aos and interview shows as paid and I completed the applicant application form and it shows as completed but the aos says n/a and when I click on it it sends me to an info page where there is a link to the aos form. This form has no barcode and doesnt let me fill in all the questions. I am thinking this is not how it is supposed to link. Please help.

Hi guys, I got a case complete yesterday and I called this morning to verify and it is indeed a cc! Now just waiting for interview date. My scan date was Sept 14th although one rep said it was Sept 17th. So between those dates, if anyone has not gotten their cc it is coming soon. Congrats to all who have it already!! I was at the end of Feb filing, Feb 27th. How long is it taking for Mumbai interview dates? Anyone know? Have a great week everyone...

Not sure on what you were asking about. Did you mean AOS documents & financial evidence? It will keep showing as N/A, even after you get a CC. Maybe the AOS form you meant is I-864?

Hi brentos, sorry about your delay with e-application. Try to call one more time tomorrow and if they have same answer then you should re-send the packages. I prefer mailing them since I read some bad experience with e-mailing. Good luck!

Yeah, I just don't know if sending by mail now can make things worse. If they all of a sudden find the emails and then get something by mail it could really break something on their side...really hard decision.

Yes, just wait for a week or two weeks (maybe) then. Did NVC say they will try their best to find your email? Pray NVC will find your it soon.

Are you doing a joint sponsor or spouse is the only sponsor?

This is I-864 http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864.pdf.

If your spouse is the only sponsor, using his/her own income, and he/she only sponsors you then you can just use I-864 ez http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864ez.pdf.

Yes only my spouse as sponsor however it will be based on assets as we have been living abroad for many years and therefore most us tax records show zero as earnings.
