Yes, I called them and they say case is under document review processing because I sent AOS and IV package without waiting for IV invoice. Now they say I have to wait until document review is done. I'm worried now if I'd get checklist for IV fee and how much that would set us back

That's weird. I also sent the packages before IV invoice and had no problem (no checklist) with that.

Did you get your DS 261 reviewed over the phone before you sent AOS & IV package or after ?

Congratulation to all my fellow Feb filers on you'll CC's, interviews and other good news. I'm really and truly happy for each and everyone of you. To those that are waiting like myself on Cc's etc. Remember gods in control and nothing happens before it's time. If I remember it correctly, my husband sent out AOS & IV packages on August 15, scan date August 19, DS-261 reviewed August 21, and IV paid August 24.

Tried calling NVC so many times yesterday and each time Machine operator would hang up telling all representatives are busy due to high number of calls. I even emailed em a week ago still no reply. Any idea how do i get em on the phone as i need to know my file status and some other important info and also have to tell em to update my email as when i get any letter from em it takes so many days to get. Anyone?

Hi, try to call them early morning around 8 AM EST or close to closing time around 11 PM EST. Calling is much better than email cause they usually reply your e-mail 2-4 weeks after.

Call back, the info they are giving you is not correct. Document review doesn't stop IV from being invoiced. Call back and ask for a sup to try to get the IV fee invoiced. If they review your packets and you haven't paid the IV fee or filled out the DS 260, you will get a checklist and based on what I've seen there isn't a firm date as to when they will review it again. I've seen 2 or 3 people who it happened to and they were >30 days after paying the IV fee w/ no progress.

My scan date 09/03/2015 and my CC 10/02/2015. Now waiting for interview. I am hoping for Interview appointment for November in Beirut/Lebanon. Do anyone know what is the possibility of a November interview? There is not much updated timeline for Lebanon.

Hi Everyone,

I just want to thank everyone for the support! I'm probably going to sound bias...but I do believe this is the best support group at VJ hehe. I cannot believe our journey is about to come to an end. I have previously mentioned that I got my interview date when I called NVC on October 1st. Well....today I am so happy to announce I got the Interview Letter (P4) via Email this morning!! I am just so very very happy!

And I want to wish everyone the very best!! God is good and has perfect times for everyone! God bless us all!

CC yesterday, just found out this morning! All 3 cases are ready to be released to the Embassy in London now!

I guess the supervisor found the 'missing' police check pretty easily!

Hi.

Anyone have an idea why would my Agent in the US ask for All of my residential and schooling history with dates Yesterday. Coz as far as i knew my agent sent all of my docs including AOS a month back in sept. Atleast that's what she told me and my wife. Now i smell smthing fishy here. Either she didn't fill up before or didn't post my docs to NVC yet. Damn. Did anyone else fill up this info? And if you did in what form ??
