Hi everyone,

My husband just called NVC and I finally got scheduled for interview in Jakarta on Oct 27.

I'm so happy and somehow overwhelmed! :D

Praise the Lord!

Wow congrats! Selamat yeah! Unfortunately our case has been stalled for the past 3 weeks almost as it seems the packet my attorney sent to NVC never made it so they have overnighted a new one to NVC and will get to them by tomorrow so we've lost atleast 16 days because of all this...

Thanks, you are right.

It's just becoming totally draining for us. Especially 2 hen people that got approved after us are ahead, I'm frustrated, won't even lie.

It's ok, you can be honest with your feeling here. I know it's been a tough process for u. Being away from our spouse is not fun. :( Pray and keep haunting NVC by calling them. As for now just prepare all docs you need for AOS & IV so you can send them right away later.

It's ok, you can be honest with your feeling here. I know it's been a tough process for u. Being away from our spouse is not fun. :( Pray and keep haunting NVC by calling them. As for now just prepare all docs you need for AOS & IV so you can send them right away later.

All our documents are ready...Thank God for that.

Just an update here for fellow Feb filers.

We have paid all fees and completed all forms online and sent off our IV and AOS packages on Tuesday. My husband called NVC yesterday to see if they had received them, and good thing he did because they don't have it marked that they have received our IV fees for any of our 3 cases. The man on the phone said he would send that to a supervisor to be sorted out as the money has left my husband's account. He seemed to think it would be easy to fix and that we shouldn't have any delays because of it, but we'll probably call back next week to check on it.

He also said that our documents weren't in the system yet but that they should be by Monday. However, I had emails this morning for all of our cases to say they have been received on the 9th September and that we should allow 30 days from then for the documents to be reviewed.

So it all seems to be moving along, keep smiling everyone, we are all getting closer!

Since I did not include everything during USCIS stage, I'm gonna bring my photo albums, chat logs, copy of flight ticket, joint account statements, etc to the interview. Just in case they ask for it. Better be prepared. :D
