Hello everyone, My husband got another text message saying our case was excepted and routed to Nebraska service center. And receipt in 7-10 business days. Hi, I see you are from the Philippines, your processing time will be less than the rest of us, cases from the Philippines are currently priority. Shouldn't be long as far as I can tell from the history on VJ. Look for a Philippines group here and you may get more information. All the best!

Hi everyone. My husband resubmit our I-130 forms today February 27th because we made a mistake of filing both I-130 and I-129F so after sending my husband the NOA1 on February 9th our case was routed to Texas Service Center and then on February 18th my husband received a mail of I-797 rejection saying my husband should resubmit the exact forms of which he did today after making other corrections. Although we submitted the I-129F for Fiancée along with the I-130 thinking it will make it more faster by obtain K3 visa because we were giving wrong information but now we know better. We are trusting God for a successful processing and I pray that God see us all through so that we can be with our love ones soon. Stay blessed all

Great news guys. Just got the NOA 1 notice from our lawyer. Notice date is actually the 13th February. Super excited . Our case is in Vermont.

Hi February filers!

My husband is a US citizen and filed the i-130 for me on February 23rd. Got NOA1 on 27th of February, routed to the Nebraska Service Center. Hoping for a quick process since we don't live together :/ Wishing everyone in here best of luck, so nice to have a group of support like this.

I wonder why they're sending all the cases to Nebraska! Is it mere coincidence that most people on this thread are processing thru Nebraska? Perhaps also that office isn't as backlogged any longer as we thought but they're not publishing it

I wonder that too, is it just random?

They're supposed to update the processing board on the 15th every month, maybe it will say something other than 5 months when it's updated the next time...

If you look at this link you can see that it seems that Nebraska gets the most petitions of any service center by far. I don't know why or if it is because they have more people or what. Any they do seem to be falling behind based on the numbers. So I don't know. Seems they are right around 5-6 months so those of us there....are not lucky
