It just says case approved.

I'm going to ask my husband to call USCIS, we've already called NVC and that's when they told us they don't have it.

Yeah, my case status did change after some 14 days saying it would be sent to DoS. My hunch is that your case is still there :-(

Call and ask for a tier 2 supervisor at USCIS- they should be able to track it down and get it sent.

So I just called USCIS, and they said since it's an approved case, the petitioner has to call them they can't tell me anything, guess will just have to wait for hubby to finish work then.....impatient right now.

My case has N/A in AOS fee. Is there anyway to post a picture here?

But my daughter's doesn't.

My scan date is August 25. It makes no sense.

Many NVC reps told me that our cases will get approved together. I'm calling NVC.

I managed to upload the picture now. Can you see it?

I kind of doubt it's a CC - the NVC reps told me and my husband many times that my case and my daughter's can only move together. My daughter's AOS fee still shows as paid.

Hmm.. from what I've seen or read from other people, that's a CC. Maybe I'm wrong?

It's ok. Just a couple more hours. Hopefully your husband is persistent and keep calling USCIS till he gets an answer from them.

I called. My case is indeed complete. I am shocked.

Bu my daughter's isn't. And our cases will not be sent for the interview queue until her case is complete too.

And there is nothing I can do but wait, they said.

So I guess my case being complete does not mean anything.

I just checked CEAC too and it's N/A under AOS fee for me. I should ask my husband to call NVC after work.

NVC is working very hard today, apparently!
