Hi everyone. My husband resubmit our I-130 forms today February 27th because we made a mistake of filing both I-130 and I-129F so after sending my husband the NOA1 on February 9th our case was routed to Texas Service Center and then on February 18th my husband received a mail of I-797 rejection saying my husband should resubmit the exact forms of which he did today after making other corrections. Although we submitted the I-129F for Fiancée along with the I-130 thinking it will make it more faster by obtain K3 visa because we were giving wrong information but now we know better. We are trusting God for a successful processing and I pray that God see us all through so that we can be with our love ones soon. Stay blessed all

@finben nice to know you're in the line up now. Unfortunately, a K3 is taking the same amount of time to process. It'll not make things faster by submitting an application for it. Lawyers don't even advise it because it doesn't really make sense. Anyways good luck

If God takes us to it, He'll bring us through it. He'll never take us where His grace cannot reach and keep us

Case was sent to California Service Center... phew!... CSC and VSC were the two ones that "often" expedite cases sent from overseas.

Hi everyone, I sent my forms in on the 24th of this month using USPS and till this date it has not reached the lockbox yet, and also USPS stopped scanning it, and when I try tracking it the last scan was from the 24th stating it had left the main USPS center in my state and is in transit to destination... that has been up since the 24th. I checked on the money orders they have not been cashed yet. but I am trully worried. It should of been there already..

Don't worry, you will hear something soon.

Heavenly Father. We thank you for life! We thank You for friends and family. We also thank You for the gift of love and living. We thank You for Your keeping care and tender mercies toward us. As we, I-130 filers for February and others who have and who are about to file their petitions with USCIS, I'm asking You and their behalf to grant us favor, and in cases which are complicated we ask that You grant divine intervention and assure success. Some of us are at a red sea, and cases might not look the best for various reasons. Many of us spouses weren't able to see us as much as we would for various reasons; financially and otherwise. Gos we ask that You part the red sea in this case and let Your people go free. Remove the red tape, deal with your red flags snd let those officers have a tender heard when adjudicating our cases, when they see our situations. Confuse those who are to be confused when they want to be difficult. God, if it's Your will, let there not be any RFE's which will only lengthen our time. And those of us who will be going through consular interviews, please be the interviewer for us. Please give us good officer who will not be hard. Let these interviews be successful as we pledge our love and thanks and praise for You in return. Let them not dwell too much on the red flags at neither the USCIS nor the consulates. Help us almighty God to secure victory for ourselves and our families. We know You can do far more and above this. Hoy said in Your words that Your plans are to prosper us; not to cause harm or injury to us. We believe You. We are depending on you God, to visit each service center our cases are at, in Your omnipresent being sit at each desk and say to the officer this is my child finben, spectr, mama, Brycebaby, nick and chodday, j-zealous etc etc etc etc you have to approve these ones. God, please turn this thresd upsided down one day with approvals. Be mindful dear God that the devil will try for it not to happen but make him ashamed as You always have. These and other mercies we humbly ask in Your name amen

If God takes us to it, He'll bring us through it. He'll never take us where His grace cannot reach and keep us
