How to file I-824

i have an approved visa for immediate relative unmarried child of Under 21 years old of US citizen parent, it was approved in 2007. I am currently 22 years old now. This I-120 was administratively closed by the national visa center, because my father failed to keep in contact with them. He pursued no further action because I was ewi, if he did j would of been in removal proceeding. However, I just came back from advanced parole this January under TPS. How can I file an I-824 to recover this I-130? I still have the original approval of the I-130. Please any help is much appreciated!!
