Hi vj's

my wife's got 221(G) at the interview. All the docs have been submitted to embassy and now waiting for an approval for visa. Generally, at the interview, my wife was suppose to get a green card instruction,. however; she was not given. Is she going to receive any kind of green instruction with visa packet? I heard that at the interview, officer create a Alien number and have to pay $165 before entering to USA. I am really worried about it whether she is going to receive any instructuion or not. Any suggestions, ideas, concerns? Has anyone been through this process? Please advise. Thank you. I appreciate it.

I am sorry I would like to understand something here. As I know embassy gives 221g when they need something from benificiary such as evidence, pending pcc or medical report. Otherwise embassy take passport and ask to wait for results. In 10 working days they issue visa. Also we can pay 165 dollars. Did your wife ask CO about results.
