US Citizen Filing for Son in Africa

Hello Everyone,
My grandfather filed a greencard petition in 2005 for my uncle who is in Africa. My uncle got divorce and is thinking of marrying someone else. What possible updates does my grandfather have to do? He doesn't remember if my uncle's ex-wife name was included in the petition forms or not. My uncle wants to make sure to update anything if needed so that his new wife can come with him when his file gets approved. Please assist.

1. Uncle's divorce decree.

2. Uncle's new marriage certificate.

3. New wife's birth certificate.
