NOA addressed to my US citizen husband not me.

I'm curious if the letter is normally addressed to the US citizen spouse? It has me as the petitioner, which seems incorrect. Or is that how it should be? Can anyone help me out here please?

The U.S. citizen is always the petitioner, the foreign spouse is always the beneficiary. Which one are you?

I am the foreign spouse. I thought the petitioner was my US citizen husband, which is why I was questioning the NOA. Would love to know how others came addressed...

Tell your husband to call USCIS and find out why it says that. Unless he filled everything out incorrectly (doubtful). It was probably a USCIS error.

There is a possibility that it is address to me as we both have the same first initial, it was just the petitioner part that threw me. I'll call tomorrow. Thanks.

The LPR is the petitioner when you remove conditions and it should be addressed to you.

I-751 is about you, everything addressed to you. It is completely normal.
