hey all!

this website is really awesome, im doing the k1 visa, and i got lots of questions in my head, only this website can answer these question

the american embassy in tunis sent me the package 3 in an email and they asked me to fill out the DS 160, they said that as soon as i fill it out the will schedule me an appointement for the interview, now it has been a week since i submitted the DS 160, and im still waiting for them to schedule the interview

so my question is after how long i can get my interview after i submitted the DS 160?

Hi, i don't know how it exactly works in Ur embassy, but here in Manila after u submitted the ds160 Ur the one who's gonna choose Ur interview date. U have to do it manually by urself. I dont know if all embassies have the same policy

well i think its different here, i mean the embassy will schedule me an appointement not me, and plus im gonna pay the fees during the interview

Call the Tunis embassy between 2-4pm Tunisia time. Ask to talk to the person who processes K1 visas. He is the ONLY person who knows what he is talking about, and he is the one who schedules the interviews. You should ask him. But as I mentioned in a previous thread, it is likely sometime in March.

No, not yet, but he said it would be in March when I talked to him. He said he was working on all the scheduling now. But I also have a delay now because my fiance is from Libya and his current passport will not let him in to Tunisia.
