I'm confused. About to send AOS packet but I understood previously we would not need to file the I-693 because my husband has the worksheet from his medical exam back in his country that was done for the k-1. So we do or we don't have to send a completed form from a civil surgeon??help please I want to send this out asap.

Read the instructions of the AOS form carefully, actually, while you are filling it at the same time.

Page 4: Fiance(e)s: If you are a K-1 fiance(e) or K2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiance(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination suplement, not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your Form I-485.

I had my vaccination record transcribed to the form I-693 by a civil surgeon and i didn't have any other medical exam. i just handed my vaccination record which was given to me when I had my medical exam in the Philippines.
