Something different from the usual " YOUR CASE IS NOT CURRENT" congratulations are in order. Thank You. I think you should give them a call too.

I already told my husband to call them but haven't got feed back from him.

would update as soon as he updates me.

I just called NVC and they said they pulled up my case and will start processing soon, she said maybe 6 weeks.

Finally something will be happening.

My pd is 7th Nov 2013

I'm just looking at i864 form and not very sure about one thing.

I live with my parents and my brother ( child) and I will be including their income, as I won't be able to meet requirements on my own. Should I count my brother as household member, logically thinking I should, but in i864 there is question about my dependants ( which he isn't) and another question about household members combining their income with mine. So I'm not sure in which question I should count my brother.. Maybe someone know ?

Just got off the phone with an NVC agent, my priority date is 24th September 2013, she said my case is now been processed, that I should expect a letter for further instructions ending of this month or 1st week in March. Like you observed, most August fliers have immigrated to the USA, that is why I think the VB would advance more soonest. Good luck to us all.

Soonest your P.D date would be current, hopefully by May VB or even April VB ( NVC IS FULL OF SURPRISES) You have a case complete already, don't think they should contact you. Are there documents that would have expired since retrogression hit you a long time ago. I am aware most August 2013 fliers made it to the interview before the retrogression. I think you should call NVC by the end of this month when scheduling commences to find out if you have been scheduled (JUST IN CASE THERE IS A JUMP IN THE COMING VB) it does not hurt to call. Most importantly find out documents you need to update to prepare for your interview. Good luck

My husband called nvc yesterday. They said he will receive a letter by the end of this month with further instructions and our case has been put forward to start processing ? very exciting and good news! Any idea generally how long it shud b til pd becomes current since they hav advised we can now pay? I am presuming this is a sign it will be very soon..
